摘要
课题设计了一款多功能智能仪表。该仪表以TI公司的MSP430单片机为核心控制器.采用TLC7528CN并行输入A/D芯片作为模数转换器,CD4051作为多路开关选择器,可编程仪用放大器AD526作为仪用放大器,采用PWM技术在D/A通道中产生4-20mA信号,用专家PID实现了控制算法,并通过Modbus协议实现了与上位机通讯。通过测试可达到温度控制稳态误差为±0.18%,测试结果表明,设计的智能仪表功能强大、性能稳定、可靠性高。
The subject designs a multi functional intelligent instrument. The instrument adopts the TI company MSP430 MCU as the core controller,using TLC7528CN parallel input A/D chip as the analog to digital converter, CD4051 as the multiplexer,programmable instrumentation amplifier AD526 as instrument amplifier,using PWM technology to generate 4-20 mA signal in D/A channel,and was realized control algorithm with the expert PID,and through the Modbus protocol to realize the communication with the host computer. Through the test,the temperature control instrument steady-state error was ±0.18%. The test results show that the design of the intelligent instrument of powerful function, stable performance, high reliability.
