摘要 针对太阳能-土壤源复合热泵系统比较复杂的运行调控和状态记录要求,开发设计了一套基于PLC和组态王的监控系统。该监控系统下位机采用SIEMENS S7-200 PLC实现现场温度、流量等信息的实时采集和热泵机组、水泵、电动阀等设备的自动控制。上位机采用组态王King View6.53软件编程,通过RS-485/USB通讯方式与下位机实时通信,实现远程监控、历史数据查询和数据报表输出等功能。 According to solar-ground source compound heat pump system more complex of run control and status record require,develop and design a set of based on PLC and KingView monitoring system. The monitoring system inferior control system adopt SIEMENS S7-200 PLC realize field temperature,flow of information message real time gather and heat pump unit,water pump,electric valve etc equipment. Automatic control superior monitor adopt KingView 6.53 software programming,by means of RS-485/USB communication mode with inferior control system real time communication,realize remote monitoring,historical data inquire and data report output function etc.
