针刺联合当归四逆汤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Danggui Sini Decoction for Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的：观察针刺联合当归四逆汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法：将60例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），两组患者均给予服用当归四逆汤，治疗组则在药物治疗基础上配合针刺治疗，30天为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的68.75%（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺联合当归四逆汤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著，无副作用，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Danggui Sini decoction for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：60 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, which were both treated by orally taking Danggui Sini decoction, while treatment group combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of medication, 30 days was a course of treatment, and observed the efficacy after 2 courses of treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%, which was higher than 68.75%that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of acupuncture combined with Danggui Sini decoction has significant cura-tive effect on rheumatoid arthritis, and its on adverse reaction makes it deserve clinical promotion and application.
