小儿重症手足口胸部X线表现特征分析

Analysis of Characteristics of Chest X-ray in Children with Severe Hand Foot and Mouth

目的:对小儿重症手足口胸部X线表现特征进行分析。方法:选取我院于2012年8月至2013年8月经临床确诊的小儿重症手足口病患者60例,所有患者均行胸部X线检查,对胸部X线具体表现特征进行总结。结果:患儿主要为双肺病变,胸部X线表现以单纯肺纹理增粗为主,同时兼有其他肺部表现。经胸部X线动态观察,26例患儿表现为由肺纹理增粗变化为出现不同程度肺水肿,10例患儿胸部X线动态观察为由不同程度的肺水肿转变为单纯性肺纹理增粗。结论:小儿重症手足口病的胸部X线具有一定特征,可对患者病情变化予以有效反映,对病情掌握、临床治疗和预后判断有重要指导与参考价值。

Objective： Chest X-ray features of children with severe hand foot mouth analysis.Methods： In our hospital from 2012 August to 2013 August, clinical diagnosis of children with severe hand foot mouth disease in 60 cases, all patients underwent chest X-ray, chest X-ray manifestation to sum up the characteristics. Results： The patients mainly for lung disease, chest X-ray manifestations in lung markings thickening, also have other manifestation of lung. Observation by chest X-ray, 26 cases were shown by the lung markings thickening change appeared different degree of pulmonary edema, 10 cases of chest X-ray dynamic observation on the grounds of different degree of pulmonary edema into isolated lung markings thickening. Conclusion： Children with severe hand foot and mouth disease of the chest X-ray has certain characteristics, can be effectively reflect changes in patients with the disease,to master, clinical treatment and prognosis has important reference and guidance value.
