血清胰岛素样生长因子-1和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3水平与胰腺癌及大肠癌发生风险相关性的Meta分析 被引量:9

Correlation of levels of serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) and IGF bonding protein 3(IGFBP-3) with risk of pancreas, colon cancers and rectal cancer: a Meta-analysis

摘要 目的评价血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGF bonding protein 3,IGFBP-3)水平和胰腺癌及大肠癌发生的关系。方法利用Meta分析法对20个关于血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平与胰腺癌、结肠癌及直肠癌的巢式病例对照研究进行综合分析。结果胰腺癌研究中,IGF-1合并OR值为1.07(95%CI:0.81-1.43),IGFBP-3合并OR值为1.00(95%CI:0.76-1.30);结肠癌研究中,IGF-1合并OR值为1.31(95%CI:1.07-1.59),IGFBP-3合并OR值为1.08(95%CI:0.90-1.30);直肠癌研究中,IGF-1合并OR值为0.85(95%CI:0.55-1.30),IGFBP-3合并OR值为0.88(95%CI:0.59-1.32)。结论血清IGF-1及IGFBP-3水平与胰腺癌和直肠癌的相关性无统计学意义;血清中高水平的IGF-1增加结肠癌发生的风险性,但是不存在IGFBP-3水平改变影响结肠癌发生的证据。 Objective To assess the association of levels of serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) and IGF bonding protein 3(IGFBP-3) with risk of pancreas, colon cancers and rectal cancer. Methods A Meta-analysis was used to analyze 20 nested case-control studies on association of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels with risk of pancreatic cancer, colon cancers and rectal cancer. Results The pooled odds ratios(OR) with 95%CI of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in pancreatic cancer studies were 1.07(95%CI:0.81-1.43) and 1.00(95%CI: 0.76-1.30), respectively. OR with 95%CI of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in colon cancer studies were 1.31(95%CI: 1.07-1.59) and 1.08(95%CI: 0.90-1.30), respectively. OR with 95%CI of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in rectal cancer studies were 0.85(95%CI:0.55-1.30) and 0.88(95%CI: 0.59-1.32), respectively. Conclusion There is no significant correlation of serum IGF-1 or IGFBP-3 levels with pancreatic cancer and rectal cancer. High level of serum IGF-1 is associated with an elevated risk of colon cancer, but there is no indication that the change of IGFBP-3 level could influence occurrence of colon cancer.
