摘要
吸毒驾驶问题已经引起了广泛的社会关注。西方国家治理"毒驾"行为的法律手段相继出台,各种针对"毒驾"问题的理论研究以及司法实践技术也得到了逐步的发展完善。相对而言,我国现阶段对于"毒驾"现象的认识还不够深入,相关法律法规的出台也缺乏理论支撑。鉴于上述情况,通过对不同种类的毒品对于驾驶行为影响的研究进行了系统的梳理,旨在为我国"毒驾"法律法规的制定以及"毒驾"分析技术的发展提供一定的理论依据。
In recent years, drug-driving has gained wide publicity throughout the world. In western countries, laws and regulations that target drug-driving have come out gradually. All kinds of theoretical researches and analytical methods have been developed accordingly. Meanwhile, the study of drug-driving has just started recently in China. Drug-driving related laws and regulations are still under development because of the lack of theoretical support. Therefore, we reviewed the research works on the effects of drugs on driving, in order to provide theoretical support for the traffic-related legislation and drug- driving analysis technology in China.
