探讨AO钢板内固定治疗肩胛骨颈部骨折11例疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of AO plate internal fixation in treatment of neck of scapula fracture

目的分析研究AO钢板内固定治疗肩胛骨颈部骨折的临床适应症及临床应用价值。方法选取2010年3月—2013年10月肩胛骨颈部骨折患者11例,对11例全部采取AO钢板内固定治疗,根据患者具体情况采取传统手术方法或改良手术入路方法,按照Hardegger功能判定标准对其治疗效果进行评价,通过优、良、可和差四级进行评定,最后得出优良率,并且对并发症给予分析研究。结果本文共有11例患者,优6例,占总体的54.54%;良4例,占总体的36.36%;可1例,占总体的9.09%;优良率为90.91%。本组无一例死亡,无患者发生伤口感染,或合并压疮,系统脏器感染者;无一例发生钢板折断、断钉、脱钉现象。结论肩胛骨颈部骨折采取AO钢板内固定治疗,根据患者病情选择适宜的手术方式,可以使相关临床症状得到明显改善,骨折固定效果良好,并发症较少,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical indication and application value of AO plate internal fixation in treatment of neck of scapula fracture. Methods 11 patients with scapular neck fracture in our hospital from March 2010 to October 2013 were selected to perform traditional operation or improved surgical approach,the curative effect was investigated by Hardegger functional measures and the complications after they all received AO plate fixation treatment were analyzed. Resuits There were 11 patients in total,6 eases of them were excellent, accounting for 54.54%. 4 cases of them were good, accounting for 36.36%. 1 case was average, accounting for 9.09%. The rate of above average was 90.91%. There was no one death,no infection combined with pressure sore and none plate break off or fall off. Conclusion AO plate internal fixation can improve the clinical symptoms to choose suitable operation way and has good fracture fixation effect and less complications in treatment of the scapular neck fracture ,which has the clinical value.
