摘要
目的探索初中生社交焦虑、自我概念以及应对方式的相关性,为中学生心理疾病的预防干预提供依据。方法选取2011年1月—2011年12月浙江省杭州市某中学的288名初中生进行问卷调查,分别采用儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ),观察中学生社交焦虑和自我概念、应对方式的相关性。结果288名初中生社交焦虑与自我概念的总分存在显著正相关(r=0.327,P<0.05);社交焦虑与问题解决、求助2种成熟型应对方式存在显著正相关(r=0.359和0.211,P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避3种不熟型应对方式存在显著负相关(r=-0.396、-0.308和-0.277,P<0.01);所有被试的正性应对分数与社交焦虑总分呈显著负相关,其负性应对分数与社交焦虑分数呈显著正相关,女生的社交焦虑总分显著高于男生,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中学生社交焦虑与自我概念、应对方式有关联,社交焦虑既可以通过自我概念间接影响应对方式,也可以直接影响应对方式。
Objective To study the relationship between social anxiety and their serf-concept and coping style, and provide the basis for mental illness prevention interventions. Methods Total 288 students in a middle school in Hangzhou City from January 2011 to December 2011 received the questionnaire survey. Social Anxiety Scale(SASC) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) were conducted to study the social anxiety, self-concept and coping correlation of students. Results Among the 288 junior school student, there was significant positive correlation between the social anxiety and self-concept scores(r = O. 327 ,P 〈 O. 05 ) ;the social anxiety was positively correlated with problem-solving and help-seeking that were thought as mature coping style( r = 0. 359 and r = 0. 211 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ,while negatively with self- blame,fantasy and avoidance that were thought as immature coping style( r = -0. 396, -0. 308 and -0. 277, P 〈 0.01 ) ;all the positive coping scores were significantly negatively correlated with the social anxiety scores, and all the neg- ative coping scores were positively correlated with the social anxiety scores ;the social anxiety scores for girls were signifi- cantly higher than those for boys, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion In junior school students ,the social anxiety is correlated with their serf-concept and coping style. The social anxiety can influence the coping style either indirectly or directly through serf-concept.
