儿童和青少年2型糖尿病的治疗发展现状 被引量:3

摘要 随着肥胖在全球儿童中蔓延,儿童和青少年2型糖尿病(T2DM)的患病率也逐年增加,现在较过去30年增加2~3倍,势头已超越儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM),进而儿童T2DM发生心脑血管病的危险性增加。如何防治儿童T2DM已成为目前重要的医学课题,现就其研究进展作一综述。1流行现状10年前,青少年T2DM占新发青少年糖尿病总数的3%,目前占到45%[1]。
