以图书馆文化视角看《三国演义·草船借箭》——兼论西部地区高校图书馆文献资源建设

Rethinking the Story of Borrowing Your Enemy's Arrows in the View of Library——the Literature Resource Construction of Westward University Library

西部地区由于经济欠发达,相应的用于学校建设的投资较少,用于图书馆资源建设的经费不充足。本文借《草船借箭》的思维方式,提出西部地区图书馆资源建设应借助于外部共享资源的平台,通过合理化的方式,为西部地区科研人员提供文献资源保障。

Due to underdeveloped economy, the investments of university construction in westward are less, and funds on library resource construction are not enough. Taking the thought of Borrowing Your Enemy＇s Arrows as a reference, this paper proposed that the resource construction of western university library should use reasonable means to provide literature resource guarantee for westward researchers with the aid of external resource sharing platform.
