摘要
文章研究了以脐橙废渣为生产原料,采用磷酸活化法制备吸附材料,并探索了其制备吸附材料的最佳工艺条件.正交试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶2.5(质量比)、磷酸浓度55%、活化温度500℃、活化时间50 min.此条件下制备的产品性能最佳,其收率为66.33%;亚甲基蓝吸附值为15.54 m L/0.1g,碘吸附值为1078.54 mg/g,均优于市售活性炭的测试值,特别是其亚甲基蓝吸附值达到国家一级品的要求.磷酸法活化脐橙废渣制备吸附材料的探索尚属首次,其应用对提高脐橙的综合利用水平和附加值,解决脐橙废渣积压引起的环境污染问题有一定的参考价值.
This study explored navel orange waste as raw materials for preparing adsorption materials by phosphoric acid activation method. The results from orthogonal experiments showed that the adsorption materials prepared with a solid to liquid ratio 1:2.5 (w/w), activation solution mass fraction 55 %, activation temperature 500 ~C, and activation time 50 min demonstrated the best adsorption performance. With a product yield as high as 66.33 %, its methylene blue adsorption reached 15.54 mL/0.1g, and iodine adsorption value reached 1078.54 mg/g, respectively, which were even better than the performance of commercial activated carbon. Especially, its methylene blue adsorption met the requirement of the state standards for the first-grade commercial activated carbon product. This was the first and preliminary study on preparing adsorption materials with navel orange waste by phosphoric acid activation, which would benefit the comprehensive utilization of navel orange waste and promote the added value and in the meantime, help alleviate the pollution pressure of the navel orange industry.
