微晶竹炭紫砂陶制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用竹炭和紫砂粘土为原料,通过可塑成型制备标准条状样品、圆饼样品.研究了纯紫砂陶瓷,以及不同竹炭比例、不同温度下竹炭紫砂陶的烧结性能、抗冲击韧性和导热性能.实验表明,紫砂浆料属于微米级颗粒,成型性能好,烧结温度较低,在1040℃左右就烧结.在1040℃下烧结的竹炭紫砂陶经SEM分析,竹炭颗粒镶嵌在紫砂颗粒中,结合良好,保留了竹炭原有的空隙结构;通过XRD分析得出竹炭陶中存在由无定形碳形成的易石墨化晶面的石墨晶体特征峰,说明不同温度下竹炭和紫砂没有发生反应,机械结合良好.另外,通过N2吸附-脱附技术(BET)分析得出:样品比表面积达到101.25 m2/g,平均孔径1.2 nm. Zisha clay of Jiangxi province and bamboo charcoal are the main raw materials. Samples are formed by plastic making which presented as standard strip and sphere sharp. It has been studied that the formation property, sintering property, heat-conducting property and impact toughless property of Zisha clay and bamboo charcoal dope Zisha composite material at different dope rate and temperature. Results show that Zisha clay is micron dimension grain and it has excellent formation property and low sintering temperature which at 1040℃. The SEM revealed that bamboo charcoal/Zisha mierocrystalline composite ceramics combined well. And bamboo charcoal remained former pore structure. XRD patterns showed that peaks of graphite crystal which formed from the amorphous carbon, and indicated that the bamboo charcoal and Zisha clay sintering at different temperatures did not reaction with each other but combined well. The BET analysis show that the specific surface of sample was 101.25 m2/g, mean pore size was 1.2 nm.
