摘要 夹芯复合材料因其结构力学性能优异,耐腐蚀,已被广泛运用于船舶行业。首先,以复合材料甲板室中的夹芯复合材料—钢连接结构为对象,通过试验,得到夹层板的载荷位移曲线,推断出夹层板的极限载荷。然后,对经典层合板理论、Reissener夹层板理论、Hoff夹层板理论和杜庆华夹层板理论进行对比分析,并选用Hoff夹层板理论为理论模型,通过有限元软件模拟分析,并与试验结果进行对比,验证了分析结果的可靠性,可为复合材料连接结构设计提供有益的指导。 The composite sandwich plate has been widely used in the ship industry due to its excellent mechanical property and antiseptic property. In this paper, a sandwich composite component applied on a composite deck-house (composite-steel connecting structure)is studied, whose design load and ultimate load requirements are obtained by analyzing the stress and strain of laminates under specific loads. Also, the classical lamination theory, Reissener sandwich plate theory, Hoff sandwich plate theory, and Du Qinghua sandwich plate theory are compared, where Hoff sandwich plate theory is finally chosen as the proper theo- retical model to verify the reliability of the presented technique. With finite element software simulation analysis, the actual results obtained in the test are validated through numerical simulation, which provides meaningful guidance for the future design of sandwich composite connecting structures.
