医院抗菌药物的合理使用与管理

The rational use of antimicrobial agents and management in hospital

目的研究抗菌药物的使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理使用和管理。方法回顾性分析住院治疗的300例患者,对使用药物、联合用药情况、用药时间、病原学检查等项目进行统计分析,分析抗菌药物使用频次以及主要使用药物。结果在经过用药干预之后,抗菌药物使用的合理程度明显上升,不论是术前、术中还是术后。并且经过用药干预后,抗菌药物使用的主体发生了改变,并且药物总的使用量也有所下降。结论抗菌药物的使用和管理应加强病原学检查,以促进个性化用药,加强对药物的管理,让抗菌药物的使用做到安全、合理、有效。

Objective To study the use of antimicrobial agents in hospital andto promote the rational management of antimicrobial agents .Methods 300 patients were involved in a retrospective analysis for their use of drugs ,combina-tion therapy,administration time,pathologic examination as well as frequencyof antimicrobial agents use .Results Aftertreatment interventions ,a reasonable degree of antimicrobial agentsusewere improved significantly ,before or after operation or intraoperative .At same time,the subject of antimicrobial drug use has changed ,and the total amount of drug use has declined .Conclusion The pathogenic examination should be strengthened to promote personalized medicine and improve the drugsmanagement ,whichguaranteethe use of antimicrobial drugs be safe ,reasonable and effective.
