液相微萃取HPLC测定消癌平口服液中绿原酸含量

The determination of chlorogenic acid content in Xiao'aiping oral liquid by liquid phase microextraction HPLC

目的：研究消癌平口服液中绿原酸的定量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：Eclipse XDB-C18柱（150 mm ×4．6 mm ×5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（8∶92）；检测波长：327 nm。结果绿原酸的线性范围：1．60～160μg （r＝0．9995，n＝5），平均加样回收率99．3％，RSD＝2．4％。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于消癌平口服液的质量控制。

Objective To study the quantitative method for chlorogenic acid in Xiao＇aiping oral liquid .Methods High performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC） were employed.Chromatographic column was Eclipse XDB-C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm）,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution （8∶92）;and de-tection wavelength was 327 nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid covered from 1.60μg to 160μg （r=0.999 5,n=5）,and the average sample recovery rate was 99.3%,RSD=2.4%.Conclusion This method is sim-ple,sensitive,accurate,and can be for Xiao＇aiping oral liquid quality control .
