新型全自动阿贝折射仪机械系统设计

Mechanical System Design of Novel Automatic Abbe Refractometer

针对目前折射仪功能较单一,不具备固、液双重检测功能的缺点,提出了一种基于全反射原理的新型全自动阿贝折射仪,其功能要求既能自动检测透明、半透明液体材质的折射率值、糖度浓度值,又能检测透明固体材质的折射率值,根据功能要求设计了样机的机械系统,介绍了系统的组成及工作原理。采用双光源结构和光阑的设计能消除色散;旋转运动转换为直线运动的结构设计能实现调焦;螺栓连接的设计实现CCD倾斜角度微调。应用结果表明该全自动阿贝折射装置结构简单、测量精度较高,具有较好的市场推广与应用价值。

As current refractometers＇ function is single,cannot both detect solid and liquid,to solve this issues,a novel automatic abbe refractometer based on total reflection principle was provided. This device can automatically detect refractive index,brix concentration of transparent and semitransparent liquid,and refractive index of transparent solid materials. The mechanical systems of prototype was designed according to functional requirements, and system composition and working principle were introduced. Dual light source and optical aperture structure design can eliminate dispersion; the structure of rotary motion into linear motion design can achieve focus; the bolt connection can achieve micro-adjustment of inclination angle for CCD,etc. The application results show that the automatic abbe refractometer has advantages of simple structure,higher measurement accuracy,and it has good market promotion and application value.
