摘要
为了解决F公司装配车间物料配送系统存在配送效率低、仓库管理水平落后的问题,采用物料搬运系统分析法进行物料配送方案的设计。对于新配送方案中尚未确定的参数值,通过VB编程建立仿真模型,并采用正交试验选择了较优的线边最大库存量和安全库存量。为了进一步地降低装配线的停线率,采用微调法进行仿真试验,最终确定了满足该物料配送系统要求的参数值。研究表明,新的物料配送系统能够大大降低装配线停线率和物流配送成本,提高物料配送的效率。
There is problem of low delivery efficiency,warehouse management in F Company assembly plant material distribution system. In order to solve the problem,material handling system analysis was applied to design material distribution. For the uncertain parameter values of new distribution system,the simulation model was built by VB programming and optimum line-side inventory and safety stock were determined by orthogonal test. To further reduce the stop rate of assembly line,fine turning method was applied to simulate,and the value of materials distribution parameter was determined. Studies show that new material delivery system can significantly reduce the stop rate of assembly lines and logistics costs,improve material distribution efficiency.
