摘要 基于快速成形中激光制造的三维实体模型,将其分为满足误差要求的一系列层片。采用提取截面轮廓的方法,将轮廓分为线段、圆弧和自由曲线,储存为特定的数据文件格式,轮廓内部形成扫描区域,以实现快速成形的分层制造。 The Paper presented a method which divide 3D modeling into a series of layer that meeting deviation demand based on laser manufacturing of rapid prototyping. Taking advantage of the method about draw contour,the contour have been separated into line and circle and free curve ,and then,data file have been store up wiih given format. Scanning region has been formed in profile for layer manufacturing of rapid prototyping.
