摘要
针对目前应用于食品安全、医疗卫生等领域内的无线数据采集压力模块的量值溯源问题,设计了无线数据采集压力模块检测装置,其主要包括标准压力指示装置、承压罐、造压装置、空气过滤装置等,并进行了气密性监测实验,装置运行安全稳定,准确可靠,为压力计量提供了安全保障。
To improve the traceability of measurement values of wireless data collection-based pressure sets applying in food safety and healthcare sectors,the paper describes the design of a detection device for the pressure sets. This mainly consists of a standard pressure indicating device,a pressure-bearing tank,a pressure-making device and an air filtration device. Furthermore,an air-tightness monitoring experiment was carried out,which showed that the device not only run stable and safe,but also was accurate and reliable,which may offer security assurance to pressure measurement.
