摘要
阐述了新媒体的内涵,提出了基于新媒体的数字资源平台建设模式,并以期刊和图书馆数字平台为例,分析了各自的特征。指出了数字资源平台发展中存在的问题,提出在平台建设工作中应注意的环节,包括管理、技术、内容等方面的措施,以期我国数字资源平台实现又好又快发展。
The connotation of new media was explained and a construction mode for new media-based digital resource platforms was proposed. Then,features of journals and digital library platforms were discussed respectively to reveal existing problems in the development trend of digital resource platforms. Finally,efforts worthy more attention for the platform construction,including management,technology and content building were proposed.
