摘要
原料结构问题是制约我国制浆造纸工业可持续发展的重要因素。非木材纤维原料在制浆造纸过程中由于自身的劣势、环境污染、纸张性能相对较差等原因,严重制约了造纸工业的持续、健康、快速发展。介绍了以竹子为原料清洁制浆新工艺的流程和反应原理,同时阐述了制浆中产生的废水经絮凝沉降和膜分离的处理方法,处理后的废水可完全回用。
The problem of limited raw material structure is one of the major reasons affecting sustainable development of pulping and papermaking industry in China. Non-wood fiber,a pulping and papermaking raw material,due to its inherent disadvantages,environmental pollution problems and poorer performance of paper properties,has restrained the continuous,healthy and fast development of the industry. This paper introduces a new clean pulping technology with bamboo as the raw material,describes its technological process and reaction principle and discusses wastewater treatment methods,including flocculation sedimentation and membrane separation. As a result,effluent after the treatment is entirely recyclable.
