高校现代化教育手段与教师教育水平提升的思考

Reflection on Relations between Modern Teaching Means and the Teaching Level of Teachers

信息技术的快速发展加速了科学技术的创造和传播。高校师生获取知识的方式日渐丰富,传统的高校教育手段已经日渐式微。因此,提高高校教师的现代化教育水平是当前亟待破解的时代课题。从目前高校教师现代化教育现状出发,通过找出发展中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法。

The rapid development of information technology has accelerated innovation activities and the propaganda of science and technology. As a result,college students are now able to get access to knowledge through more means instead of merely resorting to traditional higher educational techniques. Therefore,improving the modern educational level of college teachers is becoming the most urgent task of the era for colleges and universities. This paper introduces current modern educational status of college teachers,discusses existing problems and proposes relative countermeasures.
