摘要
本文设计出一种新型的凹形靶,使激光产生的等离子体具有自动会聚效应,从而在实验上发现LPX发射极大增强现象。实验和理论光谱分析表明了LPX发射增强主要是由等离子体中电子与离子强相互碰撞引起。
According to principle of the angle of laser incidence relation to jet of laser-produced plasma, we designed a novel target which can make laser-produced plasma convergent. At the above condition, we found enhencement of LPX radiation. The experimental and the theoreticaly results show that enhencement phenomena are caused mainly by strong plasma convergence.
