摘要
职业教育改革的进一步深入对职业院校教师的水平与质量提出了更高的要求。影响江苏五年制高职院校教师专业发展的因素颇多。应根据教师发展需求整体规划,把握教师专业发展的支撑点,着力促进教师专业发展。
The deepening of vocational education reform puts forward higher requirements to the level and quality of vocational teachers. Many factors influence Jiangsu five-year higher vocational teachers＇ professional development. Overall planning should be undertaken according to their needs in order to promote the professional development of the teachers.
