集束化护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果评价

Observe the Effect of Bundle Nursing Intervation to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察集束化护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理效果。方法选择2013年1月~2013年10月入住本院呼吸内科的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者108例,随机分为集束化护理组与对照组各54例。对照组给予常规的治疗和护理;集束化护理组采取集束化分阶段综合护理干预模式对患者进行护理干预。观察比较两组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用、出院后一年内的疾病复发率;患者的生活质量以及对护理工作满意度。结果集束化护理组患者的平均住院天数较对照组短、住院费用相对较低、疾病复发率明显低于对照组,患者的生活质量较对照组高,对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论集束化护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者有较好的护理效果,可缩短患者住院日、降低疾病复发率、减轻患者经济负担,提高患者的生活质量及护理工作满意度。

Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of Aurantii fructus immaturus,Coptidis rhizoma,Radix paeoniae rubra and Radix paeoniae alba of sugar-free Weiling Granules. Method：Taking yield of naringin,Berberine hydrochloride,paeoniflorin and extract as indexes,the orthogonal text was designed to optimize extraction method of Citrus aurantium,Coptis chinensis,Radix paeoniae rubra and Radix paeoniae alba of sugar-free Weiling Granules with extraction time,extraction times and the amount of water as factors. Results：The optimize extraction technology was as follows：extracted three times with 8 times the amount of water and 2 hours for each time. Conclusions：The results show that the process of the preparation is reasonable and the product quality is stable,providing the experimental basis for the active ingredients of sugar-free Weiling Granules.
