济安舒能治疗糖尿病慢性溃疡的效果观察

Study on Inclusion Process of β-Cyclodextrin of Volatile Oil in Jianpi Qushi Granule

目的探讨济安舒能（医用伤口护理膜）治疗糖尿病慢性溃疡的疗效。方法选择2011年6月~2013年6月全院收治的65例2型糖尿病合并慢性溃疡的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组35例,用生理盐水和双氧水彻底清洗创面,TDP灯局部照射,然后用济安舒能（伤口护理）膜喷洒创面;对照组30例,仅使用生理盐水和双氧水彻底清洗创面。以30 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果观察组在临床症状方面的改善明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用济安舒能（伤口护理膜）治疗糖尿病慢性溃疡具有良好的效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective：To optimize the optimal β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of volatile oil. Methods：With the conversione rate of volatile oil and the yield of inclusion as the evaluation indicators,we used the β-cyclodextrin（β-CD）saturated water solution method for the inclusion of volatile oil and investigated the optimal inclusion through the orthogonal test. Results：The optimal prepa-ration conditions for inclusion were established as oil∶β-CD was 1∶10 and the inclusion temperature was 40 ℃ and the duration was for 60min. The comprehensive score of β-CD inclusion complex was 77.34 in this condition. Conclusion：The inclusion process improves the utilization ratio of volatile oils of Jianpi Qushi granule.
