个性化健康教育对COPD患者家庭氧疗依从性的影响

Influence of individualized health education on the compliance of domiciliary oxygen therapy among COPD patients

目的观察个性化健康教育干预对COPD患者家庭氧疗依从性的影响。方法选取2013年1~7月入住本院呼吸内科的98例COPD患者进行随机分组,其中实验组49例予以系统、规律的个性化健康教育干预方案,对照组49例予以随机、整体教育方案。比较两组患者的吸氧人数和吸氧时长、SGRQ和CAT问卷评分。结果与对照组相比,实验组吸氧人数明显增加（P〈0.05）,吸氧时间显著延长（P〈0.01）,患者生活质量得到改善（P〈0.05）。结论个性化健康教育干预方案能明显加强COPD患者的氧疗依从性,增强患者配合治疗的积极性,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of individual health education intervention on the compliance of domiciliary oxegen therapy with COPD patients.Methods 98 COPD patients admited in the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2013 to July 2013 were divided into two groups.Systematic and regular personalized health education intervention were given to the experimental group,and random education were given to the control group.The number of oxygen,oxygen time,SGRQ and CAT questionnaire scores were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the number of oxygen inhalation in patients in the experimental group increased significantly（ P 0.05）,oxygen time significantly longer（ P0.01）; the quality of life of the patients improved.Conclusion Individualized health education intervention program can significantly enhance the compliance of oxygen therapy in patients with COPD and improve patients＇ enthusiasm of treatment,and improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
