摘要
为了提高矿山的实际生产效率和经济效益,在室内力学试验和标准抛掷爆破漏斗试验基础上,进行了能确定实际炸药单耗、排距、孔底距的试验和崩矿步距的正交工业试验,研究表明:炸药单耗选用0.981kg/m3更为合适;运用正交试验来确定扇形孔的排距和孔底距是一种较为准确的方法,试验优化后的排距为1.6~1.85m,孔底距为2~2.2m;通过理论计算并结合现场工业试验确定最优的崩矿步距在4.8~5.4m范围内为宜.
On the basis of indoor mechanical tests and normal cast blasting crater experiments, orthogonal industrial tests determining dynamite consumption, row spacing, hole bottom spacing and caving interval are performed to improve mining efficiency and economic benefit. Researches show that the optimal explosive consumption is 0.981 kg/m^3. Orthogonal industrial test can establish row spacing (1.6-1.85 m) and hole bottom spacing (2-2.2 m) accurately. The optimal caving interval is 4.8-5.4 m through theoretical calculation and field industrial tests.
