摘要
目的优化无偿献血初筛岗位检测流程,增强检测准确率。方法根据某地区无偿献血实际工作情况,制定切实可行的检测流程。结果观察组献血者ALT报废、HBs Ag漏检发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),ABO错型无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论优化无偿献血初筛岗位检测流程,采取切实可行、合理高效无偿献血初筛检测流程,确保献血安全性。
Objective Screening blood donors post detection process optimization,enhance the detection accuracy rate. Methods The actual working conditions were selected into the study of blood donation in a certain area,so take it as the basis to formulate practical and feasible detection process. Results The observation group donors ALT scrap,failure of HBsAg was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）,no significant difference of ABO fault type （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The detection of blood donation screening post process optimization,take feasible, reasonable and effective blood donation screening test process,to ensure the blood safety.
