护理专业学生职业态度现状及影响因素综述

Review on the Factors of Nursing Students Occupation Attitude Status and Influence

随着我国医疗事业的不断发展,社会对护理人员的需求量逐渐增加。职业态度作为现代护理人员素质的重要成分,其在优化护理人员素质过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。培养护理专业学生形成正确的职业态度,对稳定护理队伍,确保护理人员有效利用及促进护理事业不断发展有着非常重要的作用。笔者就目前护理专业学生的职业态度现状进行了总结研究。护理学生职业态度仍不容乐观,个人因素、社会因素、学校教育、临床带教等因素都可能会对护理专业学生的职业态度造成影响。

With the continuous development of China＇s medical cause,the social demand for nursing personnel＇s quantity increases gradual y. As an important component of modern nursing occupation attitude of personnel quality,which plays a very important role in optimizing nursing staf quality process. Training of nursing students to form the correct occupation attitude,to stabilize the nursing team,to ensure the ef ective use of nursing staf and nursing career development has a very important role. The author now occupation attitude of nursing students are summarized. Occupation attitude among nursing students is stil not optimistic, personal factors,social factors,school education,clinical teaching, and other factors may for nursing students occupation attitude impact.
