院43名医务人员针刺伤的原因分析及预防措施

Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of 43 Medical Staff of Needle Stab

目的了解43名临床医务人员血源性针刺伤的原因、环节、安全操作行为等问题。方法对2011年1月-2013年12月发生血源性针刺伤的43名医务人员的资料进行回顾性分析。结果被调查的43名医务人员中,血源性针刺伤占96.7%,其中护士被刺伤的发生率占80.6%,发生的高危环节为操作后,整理用物特别在处理使用过的针头时或污染的静脉输液后的穿刺针头占首位。结论临床护士防护意识淡漠,经过局部处理和必要的预防性用药,跟踪随访无1例发生感染。因此,加强医务人员职业安全培训,规范操作行为,严格执行标准预防,可预防和减少职业暴露的发生。

Objective To understand the reasons,43 clinical medical staf hematogenous needle stab links,related safety operation behavior problems. Methods 43 medical staf of hematogenous needlestick injuries from 2011 January to 2013 December were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of al the 43 medical personnel were investigated,blood needle stick injuries accounted for 96.7%,among them the nurse stabbed occurred in 80.6%cases,high risk link for operation,the puncture needle of venous transfusion finishing material especial y in the processing of used needles or pol ution after occupies the first place. Conclusion The clinical nurse protection consciousness,after local treatment and preventive medication necessary,fol ow-up and 1 cases without infection. Therefore,to strengthen occupational safety and training of medical personnel, standardize the operation behavior,strict implementation of standard precautions,can prevent and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure.
