摘要
目的探讨临床尿液常规检验分析前的质量控制的情况,为临床检验提供参考依据。方法随机选取2013年2月-2014年8月我院住院患者、门诊患者、健康体检者的8678份尿液标本,进行尿常规检验,回顾性分析其检验结果进行。结果 8678份尿液标本中,不合格标本有173份(1.99%);在不合格标本中,门诊标本99份(57.2%),住院患者40份(23.1%),健康体检者34份(19.7%),故门诊患者所占的不合格标本率最高(P〈0.05)。原因主要有:标本收污染、尿液采集时间不当、尿液标本量不足、尿液标本标记不清、采集尿液的容器不合格、超时送检。结论造成尿液常规检验不合格的原因较多,应在尿液常规检验前开展质量控制以保证尿常规检验的准确。
Objective To investigate quality control of clinical urine routine test before analysis and to provide reference for clinical test.Methods 8678 copies of Outpatient,hospital patients,healthy were randomly selected from February 2013 to August 2014 of our hospital.Urine routine test of those copies were analyzed retrospectively.Results 173 specimens of urine routine test were unqualified (1.99%); In unqualified specimens,Outpatients accounts for 57.2%(99/173),.hospital patients accounts for 23.1%(40/173),healthy accounts for 19.7%(34/173),Outpatient is the highest unqualified specimens(P〈0.05). The main reasons accounts for unqualified specimens are: improper specimen contamination,acquisition time,insufficient sample volume,unclear sample tag ,container failure,timeout censorship and so on. Conclusion There are too many reasons accounts for unqualified specimens ,so quality control should be carried out before clinical urine routine test to ensure the accuracy of urine tests.
