外周血T细胞亚群检测在恶性肿瘤中的价值

Peripheral Blood T Cell Subgroup Detection Value in Malignant Tumor

目的分析外周血T细胞亚群检测在恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选取2012年12月-2013年12月我院诊治的恶性肿瘤患者180例为本次研究对象,将其作为观察组;另外将该期间来我院体检的正常人60例选为对照组,均给予流式细胞术对治疗前后其外周血T细胞亚群进行检测并分析。结果观察组治疗前、后CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD4^＋/CD8^＋比值均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。结论检测外周血T细胞亚群对恶性肿瘤患者治疗与预后均有重要应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of detection of peripheral blood T cel subsets in patients with malignant tumor. Methods From 2012 december to 2013 december in our hospital 180 cases of patients with malignant tumor as the research object,as the observation group;in addition to the normal people wil be during the medical examination in our hospital 60 cases selected as control group,were treated with flow cytometry before and after the treatment of peripheral blood T cel subsets were detected and analysis. Results The observation group before and after treatment,CD3^＋, CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ratio were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）,there is statistical significance. Conclusion The detection of T cel subsets in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor treatment and prognosis has important application value.
