冠心病患者的血液检验分析

The Blood Testing Analysis of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究冠心病患者血液检验的分析和研究。方法选取2013年4月-2014年6月收治的68例冠心病患者给予血液检验,并选择70例健康体检人员也进行相应的血液检查,作为对照组,观察两组患者血液检测的的情况。结果两组人员的RDW数值差异较大,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,血小板相关数据差异较小,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对冠心病患者进行血液的检验分析,血液红细胞的分布情况和血小板的参数能够反应患者的预后情况和康复情况,心肌钙蛋白和肌酸激酶同工酶的数值能够诊断患者心肌是否有受损情况,因此冠心病患者的血液检验分析有较高价值,指导预后的治疗工作。

Objective The analysis and research on blood testing of patients with coronary heart disease are to be investigated. Methods Select 68 patients with coronary heart disease who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to June 2014 and have them taken blood testing, and meanwhile, choose 70 healthy people and have them taken blood testing as wel . Then compare the blood testing results of the two groups.Results There is a RDW numerical differential between two groups, such a differential has statistic significance（P〈0.05）. While, the numerical differential related to platelet is quite smal without statistic significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease who are given blood testing, the distribution of blood red cel s and platelets parameters can reflect patients’ prognosis and rehabilitation condition, while the numerical value of cardiac troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme can be utilized to diagnose whether patients suffer from myocardial damage or not. Therefore, the blood testing analysis of patients with coronary heart disease is of great significance, which is quite useful to instruct prognosis treatment.
