产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常的价值分析

Study on Pre-Natal Ultrasound Value in Diagnosis of Fetal Renal Dysplasia

目的分析产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常的价值。方法搜集2013年8月-2014年8月我院接收的产前检查39例孕妇,对全部孕妇进行超声诊断,并将检查结果与病理检查作对比,观察胎儿肾脏发育异常的发生情况。结果超声诊断与病理检查的符合率是87.5%,二者结果无较大差异,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常的价值较大。

Objective Pre-natal ultrasound value in diagnosis of fetal renal dysplasia is to be analyzed. Methods Choose 39 pregnant women who take pre-natal examination in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and have them diagnosed by ultrasound examination and then compare ultrasound diagnosis results to pathological examination results in order to observe fetal renal dysplasia occurrence. Results Coincidence rate between ultrasound diagnosis and pathological examination is up to 87.5%; there is no differential between them and without statistic value（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Pre-natal ultrasound is of application value in diagnosis of fetal renal dysplasia,which it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
