摘要
目的探讨Ig A肾病的中西医结合治疗。方法选取2012年1月-2014年3月收治的Ig A肾病的中西医结合治疗资料进行分析。结果中西结合治疗总有效率明显升高,血肌酐、尿蛋白定量及尿素氮含量下降明显。结论中西医结合治疗能提高Ig A肾病综合征患者的疗效。
Objective The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in IgA Nephropathy are to be investigated. Methods Analyze the data of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment selected from patients with IgA nephropathy who are treated in hospital from January 2012 to March 2014. Results The treatment efficiency has been increased, however, the serum creatinine, urine protein and blood urea nitrogen have been significantly decreased after the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Conclusion The joint treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are conducive to increasing the treatment efficiency of patients with IgA nephropathy.
