脉络宁注射液配合放射治疗鼻咽癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma With Vein Injection and Radiation Treatment

目的探讨脉络宁静脉用药配合调强适形放射治疗鼻咽癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 36例鼻咽癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各18例,所有病例均采用调强适形放疗。研究组18例同时连续28日每日一次静脉应用脉络宁注射液20 ml。对两组患者的放射治疗的临床疗效及放疗毒副反应进行比较分析。结果研究组1年、3年总生存率较对照组无显著性差异,(P>0.05);研究组Ⅲ级放射性口腔粘膜炎、放射性皮肤反应、颈部活动受限发生率均较对照组低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脉络宁静脉用药配合调强适形放疗鼻咽癌可以有效减轻放疗中、放疗后患者的毒副反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and toxicity of intensity modulated radiation therapy（IMRT）combined with mailuoning injection in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into research group and the control group,all 18 cases,all cases using intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy.Team of 18 patients and 28 consecutive once-daily intravenous application context ning injection 20 ml.On two groups of patients with the clinical curative effect of radiotherapy and radiotherapy toxicity comparison analysis. Results There was no significant difference of 1 year、3 year survival rate in two groups （P〉0.05）. But The rate of radiotherapy-induced mucositis and radiation-induced dermal injury in experimental group were lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Concurrent mailuoning injection and IMRT in nasopharyngeal cancer can ease the toxicity induced by radiotherapy.Improving the quality of life.
