老年胃癌手术的近期并发症的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Elderly Patients With Recent Gastric Surgery Complications

目的研究老年胃癌手术的近期并发症临床现象与影响因素。方法选取2010年8月-2013年4月期我院32例老年胃癌手术患者作为研究对象,观察近期并发症情况。结果本次研究共有25例发生并发症的患者,发生几率为78.12%。其中轻度并发症患者例数为8例,中度并发症患者例数为8例,重度并发症患者例数为9例。结论老年胃癌手术后患者出现并发症几率高,必须高度重视手术影响与术后情况,以此提高手术的治疗效果与术后恢复能力。

Objective Recent studies elderly patients with gastric surgery complications and clinical phenomena influencing factors. Methods Select august 2010-april 2013 in our hospital 32 cases of gastric cancer in elderly patients as research subjects,observing the recent complications. Results Of this study a total of 25 patients with complications,the occurrence probability of 78.12%. Where the number of patients with mild complications eight cases,the number of patients with moderate complications were eight cases,the number of patients with severe complications of nine cases.
