腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的安全性分析

The Safety Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery Treatment in Colorectal Cancer

目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的安全性。方法选取2012年10月-2014年10月间我院收治的直肠癌患者104例,分为两组。对照组进行常规开腹治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组切口长度、术中出血、排气时间、并发症与对照组比较相对较少,两组治疗效果差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论直肠癌应用腹腔镜手术治疗创伤小、出血少、安全性高,有效可靠。

Objective The safety of laparoscopic surgery treatment in colorectal cancer is to be analyzed. Methods Choose 104 patients with colorectal cancer that are treated in clinic department from October 2012 to October 2014 and separate them into study group and control group.Patients in control group are given conventional surgical treatment,while patients in study group are given laparoscopic surgery treatment,and then observe and compare the treatment efficiency of the two groups. Results The incision length,surgical hemorrhage,and exhaust time and complication incidence of patients in study group are much less than control group.There is a great treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment is effective to cure colorectal cancer with small wound left and less hemorrhage,such a treatment method is identified to be safe and reliable,which is suggested to be promoted and applied.
