摘要
目的对营养支持治疗在肿瘤内科治疗中的地位和作用进行分析和探讨。方法以2013年-2014年我院肿瘤内科收治的100例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组接受深部组织热疗,观察组接受营养支持治疗。观察指标为两组患者的临床治疗有效率。结果观察组患者总有效率96.0%,对照组患者总有效率84.0%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论营养支持治疗为手术放疗及化疗提供了较好的身体基础,提高治疗的耐受性,促进身体功能的恢复,对肿瘤的治疗发挥有利的作用。
Objective Status and role of nutrition support therapy in the treatment of oncology for analysis and discussion. Methods 100 patients in 2013 and 2014 I was admitted to hospital oncology study were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in the control group received a deep tissue hyperthermia,observation group received nutritional support.Observed indicators for the two groups of patients with clinical efficiency. Results The total effective rate of the patients was 96.0%,the total efficiency of the control group were 84.0%, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nutritional support treatment for surgical radiotherapy and chemotherapy provides a good basis for the body to improve the treatment of tolerance,promote the recovery of body functions,for cancer treatment play a favorable role.
