42例肛裂手术治疗体会

The Surgical Treatment Experience of 42 Cases of Anal Fissure

目的探讨肛裂的手术治疗方法效果。方法选取2012年6月-2014年6月收治的肛裂患者42例手术治疗临床资料进行分析。结果对42例肛裂患者手术治疗,治愈41例,无效1例,总有效率97.6%。结论对经久不愈或非手术治疗无效的肛裂采用手术治疗,软化大便,保持大便通畅,解除疼痛,中断恶性循环,使创面早日愈合。

Objective The surgical treatment effect of anal fissure is to be analyzed. Methods Analyze the clinical and surgical treatment data selected from 42 patients with anal fissure who are treated in hospital from June 2012 to June 2014. Results Of all patients given surgical treatment,41 patients are cured and the other one is ineffective,the efficiency rate is up to 97.6%. Conclusion The way to treat the patients who are treated for a long time but not cured or patients achieve no effect in non-surgical treatment is to soften stool,keep defecation smooth,and relieve the pain to stop the vicious circle,so that the wound would get healed soon.
