摘要
目的分析院前急救治疗措施对脑出血急救病例预后的影响。方法回顾分析156例脑出血患者临床资料,随机分组,对照组:院前未采取急救措施。观察组院前采取急救治疗。对比相关指标。结果观察组病情稳定率、死亡率、患者病情改善情况、并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论院前急救治疗措施能够对脑出血急救病例的预后起到积极作用。
Objective To analyze the pre-hospital emergency treatment for cerebral hemorrhage patients prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 156 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients randomized to the control group： pre-hospital and emergency measures are not taken. Observe the pre-hospital first aid treatment group. Contrast-related indicators. Results The stable disease rate,mortality rate,the patient＆#39;s condition to improve the situation,the complication rate was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can aid in the prognosis of patients play an active role,worthy of wider promotion.
