输卵管妊娠患者的综合护理探析

Investigation on Comprehensive Nursing in Treatment of Patients With Fallopian Pregnancy

目的探析输卵管妊娠患者的综合护理效果。方法选取2013年8月-2014年8月间我院收治的输卵管妊娠患者47例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组健康知识掌握优良率（92.00%）与对照组（81.82%）比较明显较高,住院时间与医疗费用少,两组护理效果差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论输卵管妊娠患者实施综合护理有利于提高患者健康知识掌握程度,减少医疗费用。

Objective The comprehensive nursing efficacy in treatment of patients with fal opian pregnancy is to be investigated. Methods Choose 47 fal opian pregnancy patients that are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014. Patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing,and then compare the treatment efficacy of two groups. Results Patients’ mastery rate of health knowledge is up to 92.00%,which is quite higher than 81.82% of control group. Besides,the hospitalization time and treatment expense of patients in study group are less; there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is conducive to improving patients’ mastery of health knowledge and reducing treatment expense; such a treatment approach is quite practical and worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
