摘要
目的探讨对胸腔镜下行肺大泡切除术患者的护理。方法选择我院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的25例行胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术患者的临床资料,总结护理体会。结果本组患者均痊愈出院,手术时间30-100 min,术后住院时间5-10 d,无1例并发症发生。结论有效的围手术期护理,能保证手术治疗的效果,减少术后并发症,使患者早日出院。
Objective To explore nursing experience in thoracoscopic resection with bul ae of lung . Methods Selectfrom March 2013 to March 2014in our hospital admitted 25 underwent thoracoscopic resection of bul ae clinical data, summarize Nursing. Results The group of patients were cured, operative time 30-100 min, postoperative hospital stay was 5-10 d, 1 case of complications. Conclusion Effective perioperative care, to ensure that the effect of surgery, reduce postoperative complications and the patient was discharged soon.
