老年肱骨头置换术病人的中医护理

Chinese Medical Nursing of Humeral Head Arthroplasty With Elderly Patients

目的探讨老年肱骨头置换术病人的中医护理效果。方法对16例行肱骨头置换术后老年病人行中医护理,术前给予情志护理、辨证施护,术后给予一般护理、体位护理、饮食调护、用药护理、并发症预见性护理及功能锻炼。结果手术后病人均未出现相关并发症,其他伴随疾病同时得到了缓解,16例病人均治愈出院。同时也降低了住院天数,减轻了患者的经济负担。结论中医护理对行肱骨头置换术的老年患者并发症有良好的预防效果,能有效降低手术后临床并发症的发生率,提高临床手术治疗效果。

Objective To explore chinese medical nursing effect in humeral head arthroplasty with elderly patients. Methods 16 cases of humeral head replacement in elderly patients after row of traditional chinese medicine nursing, preoperative emotional nursing, overal nursing and differentiation, after giving general nursing, postural nursing, nursing diet, medication nursing, foresee complications nursing and functional exercise. Results Patient had complications after surgery, while the other concomitant diseases eased, 16 patients were cured. But also reduces the length of hospital stay, reduce the financial burden on patients. Conclusion TCM treatments for elderly patients with humeral head replacement surgery complications have a good preventive effect, can effectively reduce the incidence of post-operative clinical complications and improve clinical surgical treatment.
