摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及学校突发公共卫生事件的不断发生,使得社会各界越来越重视学校的卫生工作,并且也提出了更多的要求。所以,当前学校卫生事业最需要解决的问题就是如何培养出一批高素质的学校保健室护理人员。本文就学校保健室护理人员的现状进行分析,并就学校保健室护理人员的职责要求进行探讨,希望能够给学校保健室护理人员队伍建设提供依据。
With the improvement of people＇s living standard and the school public health emergencies occur constantly,more and more people pay attention on the school’s health work,and also puts forward more requirements. So,the current problem for school to solve is to cultivate a group of high quality school health nurses. This article analyze and discuss the current situation of health care,health room and school nurses＇ responsibility requirements,the author hope to provide a basis for school health clinic nursing construction.
