盐酸左氧氟沙星的临床应用研究

盐酸左氧氟沙星是氧氟沙星的左旋体,但是它的抗菌活性比氧氟沙星要好很多,大约是氧氟沙星的两倍,它主要用于敏感菌引起的泌尿生殖系统感染、呼吸道感染、胃肠道感染、皮肤软组织感染、伤寒和败血症等全身感染。本文通过对盐酸左氧氟沙星在临床上的应用、出现的不良反应进行阐述,并结合临床实践,对盐酸左氧氟沙星的合理使用提出几点建议,对盐酸左氧氟沙星的临床应用进行研究。

Levofloxacin is a kind of ofloxacin,but it is as twice as ofloxacin in terms of antibacterial activity,levofloxacin hydrochloride is mainly used to cure urinary reproduction infection,respiratory infection,gastrointestinal infection and skin parenchyma tissue infection,and typhoid fever and sepsis which are caused by susceptible bacteria. This thesis makes an elaboration about the clinical application and side effects of levofloxacin hydrochloride and puts forward some suggestions about the reasonable usage of levofloxacin hydrochloride based on the its clinical experiment. The clinical application of levofloxacin hydrochloride is to be studied in this paper.
