卡维地洛与福辛普利联合治疗慢性心衰疗效分析

Analysis of Carvedilol Combined With Phu Simpson Leigh Effect in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨分析卡维地洛与福辛普利联合治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法随机抽取在2011年1月-2014年6月间来我院进行慢性心力衰竭治疗的100例患者,将他们随机的分成两组,设为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者单独使用福辛普利治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合卡维地洛治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后血压、心率的改善情况,进行回顾性对比分析。结果研究组经过治疗后显效的有35例,有效的有11例,总有效率为92%,对照组经过治疗后显效的有19例,有效的有17例,总有效率为72%,治疗后研究组和对照组的各项指标变化情况都有所改善,研究组的改善情况要显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用卡维地洛与福辛普利联合治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效十分显著,安全性高,患者生存质量显著提高。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect analysis of carvedilol and phu simpson leigh in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 100 patients were randomly selected in our hospital in 2011 January to 2014 June between the treatment of chronic heart failure patients,they were randomly divided into two groups,as the study group and the control group,50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group used alone phu simpson Leigh treatment,study group patients based on combined with carvedilol treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect before and after treatment,blood pressure,heart rate and improve the situation,were retrospectively analyzed. Results The study group after treatment markedly 35 cases,effective in 11 cases,the total effective rate was 92%,the control group after treatment,effective in 19 cases,effective in 17 cases,the total efficiency of 72%,each index change situation after the treatment,the study group and the control group are improved. To improve the situation of the study group was superior to control group,the difference was statistical y significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of carvedilol and significant by Phu Simpson Leigh combined treatment of chronic heart failure,high safety,quality of life of the patients improved significantly,it is worth using widely in clinic.
