老年卒中相关性肺炎应用美罗培南治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Senile Stroke Associated Pneumonia in Application of Meropenem Therapy

目的分析老年卒中相关性肺炎应用美罗培南治疗效果。方法随机抽取我院收治的66例老年卒中相关性肺炎患者,经常规治疗同时予以美罗培南治疗。结果 66例患者治疗总有效率为86.4%,临床症状均有效改善,3例患者死亡。剩余患者未发生肝肾功能异常情况,4例皮疹患者经抗过敏药物治疗后好转。结论美罗培南治疗老年卒中相关性肺炎疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of senile stroke associated pneumonia in application of meropenem. Methods 66 cases of elderly stroke associated pneumonia patients were randomly selected from our hospital, regular therapy at the same time be meropenem. Results 66 patients treated with the total effective rate was 86.4%, clinical symptoms were effectively improved, 3 patients died. The remaining patients without the occurrence of abnormal liver and kidney function, improve the anti al ergic drugs after the treatment of 4 cases of patients with skin rash. Conclusion Meropenem treatment of senile stroke associated pneumonia curative effect is distinct.
