摘要
目的研究低分子肝素钙对肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法搜集2013年7月-2014年8月我院接收的肺心病合并呼吸衰竭38例患者,根据治疗方法不同进行分组,即对照组（常规治疗）与研究组（低分子肝素钙）各19例。观察并比较两组疗效。结果研究组Pa O2、Pa CO2改善情况优于对照组,治疗有效率较高,有明显差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者进行低分子肝素钙治疗,可取得较好疗效。
Objective To study the low molecular heparin calcium treatment effect on cor pulmonale combined of the patients. Methods To study the 38 cases patients on the low molecular heparin calcium treating cor pulmonale combination of respiratory failure,the control group （routine treatment） 19 cases and the study group （low molecular heparin calcium） 19 cases patients. The cases were al chosen from July 2013 to August 2014 according to the different treatment groups.To observe and compare the two groups of curative effect. Results The team PaO2,PaCO2 were improved better than the control group. It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistical y significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To adopt the low molecular heparin calcium treatment with the patients in cor pulmonale,can obtain good curative effect.
